Shifter.io Steals Affiliate Earnings
I’ve been an affiliate of Shifter since back when they were known as Microleaves, and the partnership was great back then!
However, I’ve been trying to get my last payment from Shifter for about 2 years. I send them the invoice, they say payments are made monthly, the payment never comes, and 5 months later I have to re-submit my invoice, and then I get the run-around for another 6 months, send another invoice, rinse and repeat.
They refuse to give an ETA of the payment, they say it’s in the hands of the “Finance Department”, but refuse to give any contact info of the “Finance Department”, and when the payment never arrives they blame it on the “Finance Department” being out of town or busy with a “time-sensitive” project. It seems to all be smoke and mirrors so they don’t have to pay out any affiliate earnings.
Shifter doesn’t respect its affiliate partners that bring them business and help them make money, so why would they value customers any more than affiliates?
I’d avoid Shifter, they are highly unprofessional and just keep stringing their affiliates along without actually paying them. Good luck trying to get a refund as a customer.
AVOID SHIFTER.IO AT ALL COSTS!
