How to Manually Set Internet Explorer 10/11 on Windows to Use a Proxy

1. Click the Tools button.
2. Click on Internet Options.
3. Click on the Connections tab.
4. Click LAN settings.
5. Set your desired proxy settings.
6. Click OK to save your LAN settings.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
